Reid Fly is a third year PhD student under Dr. Tim Lieuwen. He received a B.S. (2023) and an M.S. (2024) in Aerospace Engineering from Georgia Tech. Reid's research focuses on the nonlinear dynamics of thermoacoustic modes in combustors, motivated by the expanded operation of lean premixed gas turbine combustors and the addition of hydrogen to those systems.
