Ethan graduated with a Bachelor's in Physics and Classics from Pomona College in 2023. His research interests include supersonic combustion and reacting flow field imaging. Currently, Ethan works on a project to characterize temperature and chemical composition profiles in a dual-mode ramjet engine environment using tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy. His research will allow for better design guidance and model verification to advance the state of the art of supersonic combustion ramjet engines.
