The Ben T. Zinn Combustion Lab will be well-represented when the combustion community meets for the 33rd International Symposium on Combustion in Vancouver this July. This biennial meeting is the premier event to disseminate cutting edge research in combustion science and technology. The following BTZ papers have been accepted for presentation:
- J. Choe, W. Sun, "Experimental investigation of non-equilibrium plasma-assisted ammonia flames using NH2* chemiluminescence and OH planar laser-induced fluorescence"
- A. Kazbekov, A. Steinberg, "Influence of flow structures and heat release on cross-scale turbulent kinetic energy transfer in premixed swirl flames"
- M. Passarelli, A. Kazbekov, V. Salazar, K. Venkatesan, A. M. Steinberg, "Experimental study of forced synchronization and cross-coupling in a liquid-fueled gas turbine combustor at elevated pressure"
- P. Patki, V. Acharya, T. Lieuwen, "Entropy generation mechanics from exothermic chemical reactions"
- K. Teav, A. Steinberg, "Measurements of Rayleigh-Brillouin scattering spectra of Ar, N2, and CH4 at pressures up to 20 atm"
